FEATURES
As a GetYourMeal restaurant partner, you will provide basic information to be included on your restaurant page, and all pertinent information will be uploaded to the GetYourMeal database. A user name and password will then be provided so that you may log in and access your restaurant’s information at any time.
Through a user-friendly online interface, you will have all the tools necessary to manage your restaurant’s online marketing efforts, such as creating combo meals, daily and weekly promotions and an online menu (including content, pricing, and pictures). You will be able to view orders received via the website, as well as menu ratings provided by your customers.
GetYourMeal allows you to offer your customer a fully interactive menu which enables them to customize their order (extra side item, no mayo, etc.). Payments are processed online and a complete summary of the customer’s order is sent directly to your kitchen staff. This saves your customer time at pick-up. Your restaurant receives lump sum payments twice per month.
Adapting your restaurant to this online culture enables you to benefit from:
• A constant, active online presence
Using proven Internet marketing techniques, GetYourMeal will drive the website and all participating restaurants to the top of search engines and make information about your restaurant available 24/7; however, ordering functionality will only be available during your pre-designated business hours.
• On-going marketing via traditional and cutting-edge strategies
Through the implementation of a strategic 12-month Marketing Plan, GetYourMeal will target local apartment communities, business parks, and hotels in order to drive consumers to the site. This means more business for your restaurant, and you only pay for the business you receive.
• The ability to handle more business during peak hours
Online ordering will enable your restaurant to serve more consumers during peak business hours without sacrificing in-house resources or quality of service.
• Increased business during slow periods
Restaurants are able to schedule online promotions to increase traffic during typically slow points during the week or year.
• Opportunity for increased order size through oversell and sell-up options
Consumers making purchases online typically spend approximately 25% more per transaction.
• Opportunity for increased customer frequency and satisfaction
Once your customers experience the ease of online ordering, they will return to GetYourMeal to order their favorite food from your restaurant again and again.
• The ability to reach more people and receive immediate consumer feedback
GetYourMeal is designed as an online community which allows users to interact and share information and opinions about their local dining experiences.

PAYOUT AND TAXES
GetYourMeal will collect full payment for each order including food price, transaction fee, and tax amount. Food price and tax amount will be transferred to your bank account on the 15th and 30th of every month. We make direct payments to your bank account on time, on schedule.
Please note our transaction fee is based on the pretax sale price of your menu items. Available reports will show separation of food price and tax amount. Your restaurant is responsible for all tax payments (7.5% food & beverage tax + 1% county tax for NC per transaction).
